About The Position
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all team activities align with the bank's operational excellence and compliance standards. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and sales objectives while managing risks associated with banking operations. The Store Supervisor will lead a team of service and advice colleagues, providing guidance and support to achieve both individual and store goals that enhance customer experiences. In the absence of other management, the Store Supervisor will take charge of the store, managing teller operations, customer escalations, and ensuring that all banking procedures are followed meticulously. The position requires a strong focus on operational excellence, including cash handling, vault management, and fraud prevention. The Store Supervisor will engage with customers to discuss loan products and facilitate application processes, necessitating an active registration status with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). This role also involves coaching team members on delivering exceptional customer service and product advice, ensuring that the team is well-versed in the bank's offerings and can effectively meet customer needs. Additionally, the Store Supervisor will monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient service delivery.
