About The Position
The Store Supervisor at Integrated XL Parts LLC is a full-time salaried position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service center store. This role involves managing employee schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store is properly closed at the end of the day. The Store Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering a strong partnership with the host customer, which is essential for the success of the store. Key responsibilities include scheduling employees based on payroll hours, managing day-to-day store operations, processing cores and defects, and handling the shipping and receiving of merchandise. The Store Supervisor is also tasked with assembling and filling customer orders according to their expectations, maintaining inventory through regular cycle counts, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for opening and closing the store, stocking and pulling parts, answering phones, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This position requires supervising one or more employees and assigning work duties as necessary. The Store Supervisor must also be available to work weekend shifts when needed.
