About The Position

As a Store Shopper at Wegmans, you will play a crucial role in the Curbside Pickup program, which focuses on providing customers with fast and convenient grocery shopping options. Requirements

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting.
• Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders.
• Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders and stage them in the fulfillment area.
• Properly handle products, use necessary equipment, and bag items to ensure safe delivery.
• Accurately scan items, make appropriate substitutions, and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
• Carry out other customer service duties within the store as necessary.
