About The Position
The Store Shift Lead position involves assisting Store Managers with various day-to-day tasks, including personnel training, completing fuel surveys, making bank deposits, and receiving products. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer service by ensuring that products are stocked in a clean and safe environment. The shift lead will also be responsible for the sale of products and operating the cash register. In the absence of management, the shift lead may be required to complete a list of other routine duties.
