As an In Store Sales Specialist, you will interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products, generate interest, represent the brand with professionalism, initiate conversations, and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services. You will also be responsible for setting appointments and collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.

• Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit
