About The Position
Join LaserAway as a Store Sales Manager in Tracy, CA, where you will lead our dynamic team in managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and delivering a world-class patient experience. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to drive sales and contribute to a personal sales quota. You will monitor CRM initiatives to drive return revenue and track progress on 'win-back' initiatives, ensuring that all clinic KPIs are met, including sales goals, labor utilization, and NPS scores. Your role will involve regularly reviewing patient schedules, coordinating labor staffing, and ensuring optimal use of resources. In this position, you will inspire teamwork between remote and in-clinic sales teams, fostering a cooperative and positive atmosphere aligned with LaserAway values. You will assist Lead Clinicians and Clinicians in providing timely, high-quality treatments, manage medical inventory, and oversee location maintenance, working with facilities and technology teams to address issues promptly. Additionally, you will assist in hiring, performance management, and employee relations in coordination with HR and regional teams. As a Store Sales Manager, you will execute LaserAway brand standards, maintain a clean and welcoming facility, and monitor online reviews to maintain high ratings. Building relationships with local businesses and organizations to establish LaserAway as a key community member will also be a crucial part of your role. You will foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to policies and procedures, all while enjoying a competitive base salary with the potential to earn between $90K and $120K annually through monthly revenue sharing and store bonuses.
