About The Position

The Store Sales Manager at The Phone Guys is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service, and driving sales performance. This role involves leading a team of sales associates, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to enhance market share in the wireless industry. The manager will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, train new employees, and analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
• Basic math skills for cash handling, calculating discounts, and processing transactions
• Ability to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
