About The Position

As a part-time employee at Levi Strauss & Company, you will embrace the company's rich history and heritage while demonstrating excellent product knowledge. You will stay current with supplied tools and seasonal guides to suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and promotions based on consumer needs. Your role will involve promoting Levi's omni-channel experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and resolving consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy. You will partner with store management on elevated consumer issues and efficiently handle all cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Compliance with all Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs is essential, as is the ability to follow directives from store management.
