Ben Bridge Jeweler's store in Tuscon Mall is seeking a full time sales associate. Our ideal candidate will have fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience. Ben Bridge Sales Associates are energetic and committed to creating unforgettable moments that leave lasting memories. They are self-starters, who love jewelry and building lasting relationships. They work well independently and in small, close-knit teams. Our Sales Associates show merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity.

  • Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
  • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
  • Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
  • Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
  • Goal oriented and sales driven with a passion to exceed
  • Positive, enthusiastic, team-spirited work style, exhibiting company core values at all times
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and high integrity
  • Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
