About The Position

We are seeking Store Sales Associates at the Eagle River store (235) at 11221 Old Glenn Hwy and in various locations throughout Anchorage. Brown Jug is a premium retailer of wine, beer, and spirits. As a Store Sales Associate, you will be expected to provide great customer service to every person who walks into our store, process customer transactions at the register, participate in stocking and merchandising of store and ensure that the store is clean and organized.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Have or obtain an Alcohol Server Card
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• First-Aid Certificate is considered an asset but not required
• Training or passion for wine/beer/spirits is a huge plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Complete customer transactions on the Point-of-Sale (POS) device, including payment
• Assist customer from store and/or offer car service when appropriate
• Stock shelves and cooler with product
• Help keep the store clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
