About The Position
The Storeroom Attendant ensures smooth flow of materials into, within, and out of the storeroom by accurately receiving, stocking, issuing, and returning parts. This role maintains inventory integrity through systematic labeling, cycle counting, and record-keeping. The Attendant also supports plant operations by replenishing remote stores, delivering parts, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety and 5S standards are essential.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer literacy
- Attention to detail for accurate counting and labeling
- Good communication skills for interdepartmental coordination
- Physical stamina for lifting, moving, and stocking parts
- Attention to detail
- GED is acceptable, HS diploma is preferred
