About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ professionals and over 45 years of trusted home service. As a Retail Sales Lead Generator you will work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings. You’ll promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups — once the lead is booked our expert sales advisors handle the rest.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Ability to stand and walk during shift
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
• Report directly to retail store
• Attend weekly in-office meetings

• Retail, lead generator, or sales experience preferred (not required)
