About The Position

The Intern Photographer supports the creative team by capturing, editing, and organizing visual content for marketing, branding, and internal use. This role assists with photo shoots, equipment setup, and post-production while gaining hands-on experience in photography techniques, lighting, and visual storytelling. The Intern Photographer works closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality imagery aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Photography, Media, Design, or a related field preferred
Basic knowledge of photography principles including composition, lighting, and exposure
Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and photography equipment
Basic experience with photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and creative mindset
Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work collaboratively
Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

Assist with photo shoots for events, products, portraits, and promotional materials
Capture high-quality images under the direction of senior photographers or creative staff
Support lighting setup, staging, and photography equipment preparation using provided store equipment
Use store-provided photography tools, including a lightbox and camera, available at the store location
Edit and retouch photos using editing software such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop
Organize and maintain digital image libraries and file management systems
Follow brand guidelines and creative direction for visual content
Assist with location scouting and shoot preparation
Maintain photography equipment and studio organization at the store location
Collaborate with marketing, social media, or design teams on visual content needs
