About The Position

The Store/Price Integrity Lead Clerk is responsible for maintaining pricing documentation accuracy within the store, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Requirements

• Minimum effective written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude to manage people and organize workloads.
• Ability to handle stressful situations tactfully and calmly while making a positive impression on associates and customers.
• Understanding of all key components of department operations including managing people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer services, labor scheduling, and expense control.
• Past work record reflecting dependability and integrity.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices and OSHA compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail or grocery operations.
• Familiarity with pricing and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store UPC File including price changes, deletions, and new items.
• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Provide housekeeping in the computer room, including checking and cleaning filters, sweeping and mopping the floor, and checking battery backup systems.
• Conduct monthly power fail simulations.
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan the entire store every six to eight weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File including A.C. Nielson, Sami, and Special Item Movement Report.
• Promote, communicate, and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports in a positive manner.
• Perform any and all duties as assigned.
