Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Stock, price, rotate, and display merchandise effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store.
• Operate computerized cash register and process various payment methods.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete vendor check-in procedures and maintain accurate shift work records.
• Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping, shoveling snow, and cleaning gas pumps.
• Keep food service areas clean and stocked, including hot dog rollers and coffee dispensers.
• Assist with deli duties as required in smaller locations.
