Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands (“CCF”) is seeking ambitious achievers and experienced leaders to join their Store Operations team. This team serves as the front line of the business, providing exceptional customer service and helping individuals in the community access essential financial solutions. The role involves cultivating lasting customer relationships, accurately processing various financial transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, and educating customers on personalized financial services. Team members will also assist with customer account management, collections, and payment processing, participate in in-store and community events, maintain store appearance, and ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols, including cash drawer management.
