About The Position

Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands (“CCF”) is seeking ambitious achievers and experienced leaders to join their Store Operations team. This team is the front line of the business, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and financial solutions to the community. The company is one of the largest consumer specialty finance organizations in the U.S., operating over 10 brands in more than 1,500 brick-and-mortar stores across 24 states and offering online products in 20 states. The role involves helping customers access necessary financial solutions, cultivating lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success and compliance of the store.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
Background check required.
The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Nice To Haves

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business and brand loyalty, helping them gain access to financial solutions while setting an unmatched experience.
Review, validate, and process customer transactions, like check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, with accuracy and integrity.
Educate customers about their transaction and offer personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle, assisting in customer account management, collections, and accepting customer payments.
Participate in in-store and community events and external marketing.
Help maintain appearance and cleanliness of your location to enhance the customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training, uphold Company policies and procedures, and keep up with office security protocols, including management of a cash drawer, to foster a safe work environment.
