Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a retail or restaurant environment, with a proven ability to lead and train teams.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
• Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Ensure smooth store operations, focusing on safety, guest service, and security.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team.
• Manage inventory and money control systems, including establishing inventory schedules to optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate on monthly marketing initiatives and reach out to prospective customers to drive sales.
• Keep accurate business records and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong customer relationships.
