About The Position

The Store Operations Lead is a key operational leader responsible for driving excellence across store functions to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize business performance. This role combines strategic oversight of daily operations with leadership in team development, inventory integrity, and compliance. By ensuring flawless execution in warehouse coordination, pricing accuracy, and operational reporting, the Store Operations Lead safeguards brand standards and supports sales growth through operational efficiency and exceptional service. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Nice To Haves

  • High volume experience is preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience with operational reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order processing with accuracy and integrity; act as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts, escalations, and system overrides.
  • Train and coach team members on operational processes, customer engagement, and SOP compliance; monitor team performance on the sales floor and provide real-time feedback to enhance service and drive sales.
  • Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; oversee customer order fulfillment including pick-up and delivery processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
  • Ensure all products are accurately priced and point-of-purchase signage is legible, properly placed, and updated for promotions; conduct audits to verify pricing accuracy, signage placement, and inventory integrity, addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, safety compliance, and proper equipment upkeep; manage store supply inventory and budget, including vendor orders and invoice reconciliation.
  • Work operational reporting daily across all disciplines—operations, warehouse, and labeling—to identify errors, track performance, and assist in developing action plans for efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to ensure exceptional customer service and assist team performance.
