About The Position

Requirements
- Interest in the automotive industry and store operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
- P assion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice To Haves
- Basic understanding of CRM and dealership management software (DMS) a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide support in daily tasks and operations within the assigned department.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with documentation of important information to increase efficiency
- Provide a friendly and professional first impression to customers
- Efficiently and respectfully address customer needs and inquiries to ensure a positive experience
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
- Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement
