About The Position

The Store Operations Associate supports a world-class customer experience by leading the operations execution of the store. This role assists in the flow of product at all stages including inventory, receiving, product placement, backstock, and re-stocking efficiency. The associate ensures all inventory processes are complete and accurate, and that the store is maintained to meet Brand Standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business, including before or after business hours.
  • Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to execute brand standards to support customer service.
  • Can read and follow company guidelines outlined in Brand Standards.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and place product on all shelves.
  • Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively support timely execution of shipment processing, including 48-hour turnaround from delivery, product placement, ASN acknowledgement, damages, inventory accuracy counts, transfers, and retention of all inventory management paperwork.
  • Maintain brand standards and efficiency in stockroom.
  • Keep sales floor, stock room, receiving, shipping, stock, supply, and employee areas clean and organized.
  • Support planogram updates, monthly marketing merchandising floor sets, and price changes as needed.
  • Maintain an exceptional front and back of house store appearance to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • May open or close the store.
  • Understand and effectively use available company technology and tools to support inventory processes and omni-channel shopping experience.
  • Ensure compliance with and knowledge of all safety and Loss Prevention policies.
  • Comply with all inventory control procedures & HAZMAT.
  • Work well with others to support customer needs and store operations.
  • Provide an optimal customer experience, both external and internal.
  • Support with on-boarding and training needs of new associates as needed.
  • Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
