The Store Operations Administrator (SOA) is responsible for assisting the manager in the daily operations of the Bassett Home Furnishings retail location, ensuring the store’s financial objectives, customer experience, and daily tasks are consistently achieved. SOAs interact with customers to arrange payments, follow up on service issues, schedule deliveries, respond to post-delivery and service surveys, and provide information. They ensure adherence to Bassett standards in customer relations, administrative functions, operational processes, and systems. A true passion for customer service is essential for this role.
