Your Work Matters As Store Operational Support Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that streamline in-store routines, enable technology-driven execution, and enhance the associate and customer experience. The role owns governance for store-impacting projects, ensuring clear prioritization, strong project management, and effective field adoption. The program manager partners with Internal Communications, Operations Strategy/PMO, IT, Field Leadership, and SSC teams to drive productivity and execution consistency across stores.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, process management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of field realities.
  • A structured project management mindset—comfortable with governance, prioritization frameworks, and PMO processes.
  • The ability to see both the big picture and the operational detail, identifying root causes rather than surface symptoms.
  • Confidence presenting to senior leadership and facilitating cross-functional workshops where priorities may compete.
  • Analytical strength and quantitative comfort, paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Leading cross-functional store-impacting initiatives that simplify routines.
  • Owning governance for store tasking and projects—clarifying priorities, timelines, and accountability before they ever reach the field.
  • Building project plans, communication strategies, status reports, and scorecards that keep leaders aligned and informed.
  • Facilitating working sessions that drive clarity, resolve competing priorities, and move decisions forward.
  • Translating data and voice-of-the-customer insights into practical recommendations that improve productivity and expense control.
  • Partnering with Field Leadership, IT, PMO, Internal Communications, and SSC teams to ensure initiatives are not just launched—but adopted successfully in stores.
