The STORE/NIGHT DEPT LEADER is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role involves directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the department, as well as supporting the day-to-day functions of the Grocery operations. The leader is expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.
