About The Position
The Store/Night Clerk is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, assisting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals, and monitoring quality assurance standards. This role also involves embracing the Customer 1st strategy, encouraging excellent customer service, and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Smith’s Food and Drug, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, merged with The Kroger Company in 1998 and serves customers in over 140 stores across multiple states.
