The position focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. It involves establishing and maintaining a safe, clean, and fresh environment that encourages customer return. The role also includes helping to achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, while monitoring and controlling all established quality assurance standards. Additionally, the position requires directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the department in the absence of the night department leader, and supporting the day-to-day functions of Grocery Operations.
