The Store Merchandiser position at Imperial Distributors, Inc. is a part-time role focused on assisting supermarket customers in achieving profitable sales through effective merchandising. The role involves stocking and maintaining product displays, building relationships with store personnel, and ensuring compliance with inventory and display standards.   • Make regularly scheduled store visits
  • Ensure inline General Merchandise categories are well stocked and maintained
  • Place and maintain displays, including promotional and sales displays
  • Complete resets and build relationships with store managers and employees
  • Stock merchandise and maintain shelf conditions
  • Ensure tag/price compliance
  • Reorder products that you service
  • Maintain inventory levels for inline sections and displays
  • Prepare and complete weekly service reports via tablet
  • Manage back stock and ensure product is worked to shelf
  • Ensure planogram compliance at shelf
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous supermarket and/or retail route sales and/or service experience
  • Knowledge of product and/or experience with merchandising general merchandise or health and beauty care products preferred
  • Ability to read and write short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
  • Reliable transportation
  • 1 - 3 years of retail merchandising experience
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Opportunity to work independently
  • No requirement to work every weekend
