This includes overseeing processes for inventory control, receiving product, planogram integrity, and pricing to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and municipal/state/federal laws. The role requires creating a shopping and working environment that exemplifies the company’s commitment to service, quality, and neighborhood partnerships, while increasing customer confidence and loyalty. This is a working management position that requires a balance of physical labor, delegation, team building, leadership, planning, and administrative work.
