About the position

The Store Manager is responsible for leading store operations to achieve sales targets, managing inventory, and implementing marketing strategies. This role involves overseeing daily operations, staff management, and ensuring a productive store environment while preparing performance reports for headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet or exceed sales targets set by headquarters, utilizing various management indicators.
• Strategically plan and manage store inventory to optimize sales performance in alignment with corporate business objectives.
• Create and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to enhance store visibility and sales.
• Oversee daily store operations, including product displays, personnel management, and training, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Coordinate and address both internal and external matters to maintain a stable and productive store environment.
• Prepare monthly summaries and performance reports to be submitted to headquarters.
• Lead and manage product promotions and events, ensuring successful execution.
• Handle recruitment, training, development, and assessment of staff to ensure a skilled workforce is available to meet store demands.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in retail, with over 2 years in store management, particularly in the footwear and apparel industry.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in business negotiation and team management.
• Professional demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to quality service.

• Experience in the footwear and apparel industry is preferred.
