About The Position

The Store Manager at Harbor Freight Tools is responsible for leading teams to maximize the financial performance of their stores. This role focuses on optimizing talent, executing operational strategies, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Store Managers are expected to drive results, build high-performance teams, and ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a positive store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of retail management experience
• Bachelor's/Associates Degree preferred or High School graduate/Equivalent
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds
• Requires standing and moving for an entire shift
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist
• Ability to safely climb up and down a ladder
• Ability to become forklift certified and operate a forklift
