About The Position

The Studio Manager will oversee all aspects of our Back Bay Studio, including both piercing services and earring sales. In this position, you'll build and lead a team of service-oriented Managers, Sales Associates, and Piercers in executing complex operational processes and delivering best in-class guest experiences. You will exercise your financial acumen and sound decision making to guide and inspire the team to meet our goals and continually improve processes. This role will report into our Northeast Regional Manager.
