Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods
