About The Position
The Store Manager at Sherwin-Williams is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. This role includes managing various aspects of store operations such as scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. The Store Manager will also be tasked with developing and motivating store employees, as well as creating business strategies to meet goals and increase sales, particularly targeting large commercial users and retail customers.
