Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee coworkers' sales activities.
• Approve rental agreements and monitor sales results for revenue and growth.
• Manage collection activities and follow up on accounts requiring manager intervention.
• Provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with established procedures for collections.
• Monitor profits and manage store resources effectively.
• Oversee inventory management, product ordering, pricing, and cash handling.
• Resolve customer complaints and problems quickly.
• Train and develop coworkers, organize daily activities, and maximize retention.
