About The Position

Windsor is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, loss prevention, and make decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability. The Store Manager will be accountable for achieving store and company overall profitability expectations in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. This role requires treating customers and co-workers with dignity and respect, effectively coaching and motivating employees to achieve personal and store sales goals, and ensuring compliance with all company operations, policies, and procedures. The Store Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the store is adequately staffed and trained at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Ability to resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Manages all store operations and loss prevention.
