The Store Manager sets and communicates sales/productivity goals for the team, tracks store performance, and achieves sales through team efforts. Additionally, the role involves holding the management team accountable for productivity and personal contributions, driving business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive relationships with customers.
