Windsor is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, loss prevention, and make decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability. The Store Manager is accountable for achieving store and company overall profitability expectations in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. This role requires treating customers and co-workers with dignity and respect, effectively coaching and motivating employees to achieve personal and store sales goals, and ensuring compliance with all company operations, policies, and procedures. The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining a well-staffed and trained store at all times.
