About The Position
The Store Manager reports to the Regional Manager and ensures the uniform execution of the Division direction within their store. This role is essential for meeting or exceeding store sales and profit plans through the training, coaching, and managing of the sales staff. The Store Manager is responsible for providing training and communication of Service Excellence goals to the sales staff, coordinating timely floor setup for all promotional and seasonal activity, and ensuring shrinkage control and Loss Prevention in the store. The position also involves proper execution of all existing systems and procedures, managing associates on price integrity, and ensuring that all price changes are communicated through approved channels.
