About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for the daily store operations. This role requires a strong leader who will be hands-on with the day-to-day operations, but also helps to drive the overall company strategy. You’ll need to build and maintain relationships with managers, hourly employees, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments in the company. Most importantly, you’ll need to provide exceptional customer service. Successful store managers are highly motivated to drive improvements every single day.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience supervising and leading people
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, verbal & written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Proven history of strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Adaptability to change
  • Technological literacy - Experience using an IOS device (iPad) is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment – Non temperature-controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs

  • Control costs and manage operations within targeted budget.
  • Hire, train, develop, coach, and motivate employees.
  • Efficiently use and manage our operating systems and processes.
