As the Store Manager, you will lead the store and ensure its financial success, efficient operations, and exceptional customer experiences while growing the Salomon consumer base within the community. The Store Manager is responsible for building and leading a high performing store team to ensure that they; Achieves sales goals Effectively executes brand standards Deliver operational excellence Adhere to financial targets The Store Manager provides the highest level of customer experience and deliver the vision for the brand, supporting and mentoring the Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associates with their personal and career development.
