About The Position
Tollefson's Retail Group currently operates furniture and flooring locations throughout Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. You can learn more about us at our company website! Our Slumberland store in Eveleth, MN is hiring a Store Manager ! We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience and motivating a sales team to achieve strong results. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and developing staff, driving sales performance, managing inventory, building community relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. About Slumberland: At Slumberland, our mission is to improve the lives of our customers. We take pride in providing your family with living room and dining room furniture and home decor, as well as mattresses and bedroom furniture, intended to create a home filled with comfort and love.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree preferred and 2-4 years management experience is required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- This position includes driving so a valid and insurable driver's license is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Retail Management experience is highly preferred.

Benefits
- This position offers a base salary plus a performance-driven incentive plan. Total compensation is strongly influenced by store performance and individual sales. The estimated annual compensation range is $65,000-$70,000, with additional upside for motivated leaders - strong performers may earn $10,000+ above the range through incentives.
