Requirements

5+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience in training, team development, and performance management.
Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Inventory Management and product merchandizing

Responsibilities

Maintain an elegant and immersive store environment aligned with brand aesthetics.
Maintain strong product knowledge to support selling strategies and enhance customer engagement.
Ensure a premium, service-focused environment that reflects the brand’s standards
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, recognition, and performance management.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
Manage inventory, stock flow, and loss prevention to ensure operational accuracy.
Hire, train all staff.
Ensure scheduling coverage for operating hours.
