As the Store Manager, you are responsible for overall store success — from sales and staffing to customer satisfaction and operational execution. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales and operational goals
  • Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance work culture
  • Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns professionally
  • Manage inventory, shrink control, cash handling, and daily deposits
  • Maintain store appearance, safety standards, and operational organization
  • Oversee food service execution and uphold quality and health standards
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and performance expectations
