About The Position

ECCO is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join their Retail Team as a Store Manager. This role is responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by ensuring a World Class shopping experience for guests. Key aspects include managing merchandise and inventory, maintaining operational and administrative excellence, and providing training, coaching, and professional development for the store team. The Store Manager will also ensure compliance with ECCO policies, set goals, motivate employees, identify exceptional candidates for staffing, and develop employees for promotion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, superior organization and follow-up skills, and act as a Brand Ambassador. They must have a positive attitude and contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability, serving as a role model for the team by demonstrating effective selling skills. Responsibilities

Driving and exceeding store financial goals through ensuring a World Class shopping experience for our guests
Managing the retail stores merchandise & inventory
Maintaining operational & administrative excellence
Providing training, coaching and professional development for your ECCO store team
Ensuring compliance with ECCO policies and procedures
Setting goals & motivating employees to maximize their potential
Identifying exceptional candidates, for both current and future staffing needs
Creating bench strength and developing employees for promotion into positions of greater responsibility
Acting as a Brand Ambassador for ECCO by exercising good judgement in resolving customer service issues
Acting as a role model for your team and set a positive example through modeling of effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor
