About The Position

We're not just in the tanning business; we're in the confidence business and we are growing! At Beaches Tanning Center, we help our clients feel amazing in their skin. We have 10 locations and are planning the opening of our new location in Saratoga Springs. We are looking for a Store Manager to help lead a team of passionate, energetic people and build on our brand of positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle. The ideal candidate will be a people-loving, growth-hungry leader who's ready to take their career to the next level. WHY THIS ROLE ROCKS This isn't just another 'keyholder" job. Requirements

A strong work ethic and "let's do this" attitude
A passion for leadership
2 years of previous experience in sales, management, and customer service
The love of holding yourself and your team to high standards
Your motivation to reach goals, spread good vibes, and grow your career and the company
High school diploma/GED
2+ yrs retail sales experience
1+ year of management experience required
Must be flexible and available to work 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and set the tone for a positive, energetic environment
Coach and develop your team (because you're only as good as your glow squad)
Drive membership sales and retail performance
Manage scheduling, labor hours, inventory, and reporting
Work closely with marketing, customer service and HR to support company initiatives and policies
Plan and lead monthly store meetings
Review and submit semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
Oversee all store operations including maintenance and cleanliness
Ensure every guest leaves glowing – inside and out
Other duties as assigned
