About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Motivates and leads a high performance team through influencing, coaching, and mentoring. Maintains effective communications from and to all employees. Utilizes excellent organizational, time-management, and problem resolution skills. Establishes, models, and reinforces outstanding 5 Star customer service and selling.  Fosters a positive work and customer environment that embraces learning/education and promotes sales. Fosters a health, wellness, and nutrition culture. Follows all DSHEA guidelines and ensures store compliance. Ensures compliance with all POS procedures; ensures equipment is properly and routinely maintained. Executes and maintains promotional and visual/merchandise standards directed from Category Manager. Leads store team in achieving and/or exceeding all financial goals established for the store; Manages expenses within store budget. Develops store team (through recruitment, training and development). Implements and executes people practices that support the growth of Fruitful Yield. Reconciles the Daily Sales (including the cash spreadsheet and deposit). Handles all money and bank deposits in a safe and responsible manner. Approves returns and exchanges at the register. Resolves store or customer conflicts. Creates appropriate schedules based on business needs and payroll guidelines. Maintains effective communication and partners with the Fruitful Yield Support Team and Human Resources.  Protects and maintains company assets and resources. Ensures that stores and work areas are clean, secure, and well maintained. Executes all company policies and objectives within the store. Complies with safety and GMP requirements.
