Requirements

At least 21 years old.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.
Often lifts greater than 50 pounds, floor to waist and waist to eye level.
At least two years of supervisory experience is required for this position, and training in management and leadership is preferred.
Background Check
Successfully pass a motor vehicle insurance report.

Responsibilities

Coordinates activities with Warehouse Manager, Directors, Vice President and various staff within the whole agency
Ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements as well as all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-through and audits, etc.
Recruits, trains, supervises, assigns and motivates staff, volunteers, community service and government program workers who assist via restitution, etc.
Communicates with staff as well as assessing performance on a regular basis
Maintains records and files; checks time cards, submits to payroll
Manages financial resources, maintains financial solvency of the facility; orders supplies when needed
Identifies and recognizes saleable goods in accordance with DBGR standards
