As a Store Manager at one of the nation’s top convenience chains, you will lead with purpose, driving store performance, motivating teams, and setting an example every shift. This role requires an inspiring leader who is hands-on, takes full responsibility for their location's success, and possesses open availability. You will take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance, leading and inspiring a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts. While typically working days, you must be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, to cover staffing needs. Responsibilities extend to performing all duties of store employees, coaching team members for excellent service and upselling, recruiting, hiring, and training new team members, and managing inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising. You will also handle all banking and cash deposits, maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction, control expenses and labor hours to achieve sales goals, and execute all company programs and marketing initiatives. The role also involves being willing to take on any store needs, including cross-training and managing deli or QSR operations when necessary.
