The Role The Store Manager is responsible for representing the brand by embodying the rag and bone culture, customer experience, and lifestyle. They are responsible for managing the operational execution of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving profitable top-line sales growth. Additionally, they coach and develop all associates and managers while creating an environment in which all team members are able to collaborate in order to consistently deliver best in class customer experiences.
