About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, service and store operations at ERIK'S. This role works closely with the Store Management Team to ensure operational excellence, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop a high-performing staff. The Store Manager plays a key role in driving results, maintaining standards, and fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure entire Store Staff are operating on ERIK'S Rails
• Ensure all customers receive the highest level of service. HTP.
• Responsible all aspects of store operations
• Remain flexible to meet both customer and store needs
• Step in and support wherever needed to drive the overall success of the business
• Complete any reasonable request that may not be listed in their job description
